Reservations and Payment
My schedule for the upcoming season begins to get busy as early as October and November of the preceding year. I take bookings throughout the year but you should always book as early as possible, especially if yours is a large group or you have specific dates in mind for your trip.
Please let me know if you are planning on hunting when you contact me, as this affects the details of how I organize my schedule.
I will reserve dates in my flying schedule upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The balance can be paid when we meet in Fort Yukon or Arctic Village. For group bookings, I prefer one person being responsible for payment if possible.
Please make payments by cash or check in U.S. funds and make checks payable to Yukon Air Service.
I do not accept credit cards for payments.
